The HKS PFC F-CON is a plug-in fuel management system designed to supplement and refine the OEM fuel curve to maintain a proper air/fuel mixture when increasing boost pressure in turbocharged applications. The PFC F-CON optimizes the factory injector pulse width signal by recalibrating information obtained by both the PFC F-CON absolute pressure sensor and the OEM engine control unit (ECU). Each unit is application specific and includes a preprogrammed ROM for a particular performance stage. —- A Fuel Cut Defencer (FCD) is also included in certain PFC F-CON kits to override the factory fuel cutoff. The PFC F-CON offers easy integration via a plug-in vehicle specific wiring harness and a compact pressure sensor. If additional adjustment of the PFC F-CON is needed, fine-tuning can be performed via the plug-in HKS Graphic Control Computer (GCC).

Inspection

Buyer shall inspect and reconcile all inbound shipments from HKSportperformance.com within three (3) Calendar days. Claims for shortages or damaged merchandise must be submitted to HKSportperformance.com no more than seven (7) Calendar days following Buyer's receipt of shipment.

Returns and Exchanges of Merchandise

A Returned Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") form must be filled out by the Buyer and Approved by HKSportperformance.com. Without an RMA issued and approved by HKSportperformance.com, Return shipments will be refused and sent back to sender at their expense.

Defective and freight damaged merchandise (only where HKSportperformance.com is providing shipment) may be returned to HKSportperformance.com for store credit, but only upon verification by HKSportperformance.com of such defect or damage. Credit will be issued to Buyer upon receipt of the RMA form and the claim approval from the freight company involved, No exceptions.

 

Returns of good merchandise may be accepted by HKSportperformance.com in its sole discretion under the following conditions:

Return/Exchange of merchandise in 100% Perfect and re-saleable condition, without markings on the original packaging will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from HKSportperformance.com. Accepted return will be assessed a 25% restocking charge. Returned parts shall not exceed 15% of total annual purchase quantities.

Return/Exchange of merchandise in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from HKSportperformance.com. Accepted returns will be assessed a 40% restocking charge. Returned parts shall not exceed 15% of total annual purchase quantities.

Merchandise classified by HKSportperformance.com as TB (To Be Discontinued), or DC (Discontinued), may not be returned for credit and are sold as is.

Merchandise on sales promotion or special order packages may not be returned for credit.

All return transportation charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded for any reason.

Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances after 15 calendar days after the ship date indicated by HKSportperformance.com.

Any returns for product quality issues will require high resolution digital pictures of the products to be emailed to the account manager before an RMA is approved.

Order cancellations will take up to 72 hours after a cancellation is requested before the order is officially cancelled and money processed for return.
